該当のエラーメッセージを見る限り、どう考えてもテーマの問題なのですが…テーマ以外にカスタマイズしていないとなると、なおさらです。
FTPで接続可能なら、files/cache/environment.cache というファイルがサーバーにあったら、削除してみてください。

の中に

と書いたのですが、書き方が間違っているのでしょうか？
もしくは、cofig/ 以外にもどこかにsite_theme_paths.phpがあるのでしょうか？
