osx serverを削除して、ＭＡＭＰでインストールしたらできました。

インストールできない

• 利用しているconcrete5のバージョン:8.1.0
• 利用しているブラウザ:osx safari
• concrete5が動いている環境
◦ →　Mac mini osx server
◦ →　0sx:10.12.5
◦ →　PHP7.1.1 MySQL5.7.17
• エラーメッセージ（わかれば）
• インストールで
◦ →　! Writable Files and Configuration Directories
◦ * Supports concrete5 request URLs
