8.5.0 のへのアップグレードでエラー

phpのバージョン 7.2.14 でアップグレードしましたら、下記のエラーが出ました。
Whoops \ Exception \ ErrorException (E_COMPILE_ERROR)
Cannot use Exception as Exception because the name is already in use
バージョンを 7.3.1 にアップしましたら、エラーが消えアクセスできました。
