初めて投稿させていただきます。
現在linux環境(turbolinux appliance server3.0)で concrete5 のインストールを行っていますが、インストール画面の日本語化が行われませんでした。
英語表記のままインストールを進め、完了しましたが、管理画面内表示の一部が英語のままとなっておりました。
インストール画面アクセス時に/var/log/httpd/errorlogをみると、以下内容のエラーがでております。

同じ系統のcentos環境では特に問題なくインストールできており、locale上の問題かと思っておりますが、良い対策が思い浮かびません。
似たような問題が発生した方はいらっしゃいますでしょうか。
当該サーバーのロケールのインストール状況です。
