ちょっと調べてみました。
PHPのエラーレーポートの設定を変更したらエラーが消えました

作業内容
xampp\php\php.ini の516行目付近の"error_reporting"の値を変更します

php.iniを保存し、XAMPP の apacheを再起動します。

これで警告が消えるとおもいます。
