CentOS release 6.5 (Final) でconcrete5.6.3.1.jaからconcrete5.6.3.3.jaへのUpDateで障害

いつもお世話になっています。

さて、以下の環境で 5.6.3.3 にUｐDateしたところ
php でメモリー不足のエラーメッセージが出るようになりましたのでご報告します。
なお、メモリは1024Mまで上げてみましたが改善しませんでした。

環境
CentOS release 6.5 (Final)

Server version: Apache/2.2.15 (Unix)
Server built: Apr 3 2014 23:56:16
