アップデートできません。

8.5.5にアップデートを試みたのですが
添付ファイルの画面になりアップデートできませんでした
メモリーが足りないぽいこと書いているみたいなのですが
対応がわかりませんのでアドバイスいただけますとありがたいです。

メモリーはどれぐらいの大きさに設定すれば良いのでしょうか
